I would like to address the tradesman driving a white van with some company's logo (did not get the name, blue and green colours), who tailgated me in a very aggresive manner from Loftus street, Leederville all the way through the Northbridge tunnel (eastbound) and then sped up and left at East Pde. The whole distance would be a few km's, so one would have to be very determined.
Throughout the ordeal, when the van behind me was swerving left right and center I was still trying to figure out the resason for all this. The person was so close behind that had I slowed down a little bit or had a car in front of me slowed down quickly, which is a very common thing in that tunnel, a multi-car accident would probbaly happen in a snap.
If anyone who has access to the MainRoads cams recordings is reading this, I guess you will be able to see this on the eastbound tunnel entry camera (I believe there is one mounted next to the Newcastle street off-ramp) - October 9th, time between approx 17:20 - 17:40. White van tailgating a small gold-ish car...
So dear driver of the van, if you are reading this - please learn to control your anger and drive safely, after all, it would be very nice to know what caused all this. |
